      • Leaders who sound like people

Executive thought leadership, ghostwriting, and POV development for senior leaders.

I helped build and scale an executive thought leadership program at Simpplr, turning product expertise, workplace trends, and market POVs into clear, human content for LinkedIn, blogs, launches, and campaign moments.

      • The challenge

Executive thought leadership can easily become generic: polished posts, recycled talking points, and brand-approved ideas that sound more like announcements than actual perspective.

At Simpplr, the opportunity was to help senior leaders show up with clearer voices, sharper points of view, and more audience relevance across LinkedIn, blogs, launches, events, and campaign moments.

That meant creating content that could:

        • translate complex product, AI, HR, internal comms, and digital workplace ideas into human language
        • build credibility with Internal Comms, HR, IT, EX, and executive audiences
        • give each leader a distinct voice while keeping the broader brand story aligned
        • connect executive visibility to launches, research, events, and market conversations
        • move beyond “posting more” into building a consistent thought leadership engine
        • make senior expertise feel useful, timely, and worth engaging with

        What I did

I partnered with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across marketing, communications, product, people, and technology to shape executive thought leadership strategy and content.

        My work included:

        • developing executive LinkedIn posts, repost commentary, and long-form thought leadership
        • ghostwriting and shaping distinct voices across multiple senior leaders
        • translating product and market themes into clear, audience-led narratives
        • supporting executive visibility around launches, events, reports, webinars, and campaign moments
        • identifying timely hooks, research angles, and social-first POVs
        • turning long-form ideas into posts, articles, clips, and campaign content
        • balancing brand consistency with each leader’s individual expertise and tone
        • using performance signals to refine content direction over time

        Comms AI Launch

        The goal:
Position Comms AI as more than another AI writing tool. The story needed to speak directly to internal communicators’ real pain point: not a lack of ideas, but the invisible coordination work that keeps strategy pushed to the margins.

        The work:
I helped shape executive and brand thought leadership around the launch, developing messaging that framed Comms AI as a way to protect human judgment, reduce workflow friction, and give communicators more time for the work that actually builds trust.

This included executive LinkedIn content, launch narrative, campaign messaging, and POV development across brand and leader channels.

        The result:
The launch content generated 460+ reactions and 50+ reposts across brand and thought leadership content. It also reached a high-value partner, who contacted the sales team with interest in the product.

        Carolyn's articles and thought leadership

        The goal:
Help our VP of Communications show up as a distinct voice for internal communications leaders navigating AI, digital overload, employee attention, and the future of the function.

        The work:
I supported long-form editorial ideas, LinkedIn posts, launch-related content, and social amplification around themes like AI and human judgment, attention as a strategic resource, and the evolving role of internal communicators.

        The result:
Carolyn grew from a 225-impression monthly benchmark to sustained five-figure monthly reach. In February, her Comms AI post reached 1,969 impressions, earned a 4.5% engagement rate, and gained 34 followers. In March, her content reached 26.8K impressions and continued converting attention into audience growth.

Miriam's HR and EX thought leadership

        The goal:
Build a consistent, credible thought leadership presence for our Chief People Officer around HR, employee experience, AI, leadership, trust, and the relationship between engagement and productivity.

        The work:
I helped develop Miriam’s messaging pillars, voice, weekly content ideas, LinkedIn posts, repost commentary, event promotion, blog amplification, and series-based content.

I also helped shape distinct recurring themes, including the balance of engagement and productivity, HR’s role in AI transformation, human-centered leadership, manager enablement, recognition, and the need to design work around people rather than tools.

        The result:
Miriam’s content consistently performed above her historical reach benchmark. Her monthly impressions rose from a 4,037 benchmark to 11.4K in August, 18.2K in September, and 13.4K in March. Her International Women’s Day series also showed the strength of values-led, multi-post storytelling.
